We wanted to make sure that you were aware that we are open and operating with normal business hours during this time. While the efficiency of our treatment remains the same, we have implemented new protocols regarding each patient visit. These include symptom checks and temperature checks for every patient and staff member each day, as well as continual cleaning of all surfaces before, after, and during our shifts.
Governor Carney has declared Chiropractic as an essential health care service in Delaware with the hopes that patients who are suffering from spine pain during this time will have a safer option for treatment than going to their primary care office, emergency department, or urgent care clinic. Not only will these medical facilities be strained with everything going on, but the potential for contagion at these locations will be significantly higher.
We are here to help in whatever way we can but we understand that some uncertainty remains. If you have any questions or concerns about our treatment or protocols during this time, please contact us directly at 302-368-1300. Our doctors and staff are available to answer any questions that we can.
However, we do ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms like cough, fever, and/or shortness of breath, or if you have come into contact with anyone experiencing those types of symptoms over the last 14 days that you check in with your primary care doctor before coming in for treatment.
